WELCOME TO OUR PRACTICE!

On behalf of my entire staff, I wish to extend to you a sincere personal welcome to our family dental practice. Our goal is to provide you a warm, professional office environment for the delivery of your quality dental care. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your family. Your dental health and that of your family are important to us. Our philosophy is simple enough: To treat each and every patient as we ourselves would want to be treated.

My dental team consists of a hygienist, dental assistants and administrative personnel who will assist and support you throughout your treatment. Their goal is to make your visits safe, informed and comfortable. Our office meets or exceeds all government required standards for sterilization.

MISSION STATEMENT (back to top)

We will strive to practice to the highest quality of care in each of the following dental subspecialties: Operative Dentistry (Fillings), Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy), Fixed Prosthetic Dentures (Bridges), Removable Prosthetic Dentures (Partials and Full Dentures), Oral Surgery( Simple Extractions), Periodontics (Gum Treatment) and Preventive and Diagnostic Care (Exams, X-rays and Cleanings).

OFFICE HOURS (back to top)

In an effort to afford our patients flexibility for their treatment needs, we offer the following office hours:

Monday 8:00AM-Noon 1:30PM-6:00PM
Tuesday 9:30AM-2:30PM 4:00PM-7:00PM
Wednesday 8:00AM-1:30PM 3:00PM-6:00PM
Thursday 8:00AM-11:45AM 2:00PM-6:00PM

APPOINTMENTS (back to top)

Patients are, under normal circumstances, scheduled and treated by appointment. Our staff members make every effort to see scheduled patients in a timely and punctual manner. We kindly ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If for some reason you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. If possible, we would greatly appreciate 24 hours notice. This consideration on your part makes it possible to provide your appointment time to another patient.

CHILDREN (back to top)

Children have important dental needs, and we are delighted to have them as special members of our practice. Your children can begin coming for their first visit by ages 2 1/2 - 3 years, or as soon as all of their teeth have come in. We provide them with examinations, cleanings, and fluoride treatment, as well as basic education with regard to proper brushing/oral hygiene care.

EMERGENCY SERVICE (back to top)

Our office has an answering service that will take messages and contact me when the office is closed, during evening and weekend hours. I/we will return your call as soon as possible.

FEES and INSURANCE (back to top)

For those patients who are rendered professional services, but who have no dental insurance benefits, we prefer payment at the time that such services are provided. For those patients with dental insurance benefits, payment of your deductible and/or co-payment is expected at the time that such services are provided. This will help reduce administrative costs and will permit us to effectively control rising dental care costs. Patients who are more mature (seniors over 60 without dental benefits) citizens will be extended a savings of 10 percent for payment by cash or check or 6 percent if by credit card provided payment is made on the date the services are rendered.

To aid our staff in assisting you with insurance benefits that you may have, please bring your insurance card with you at the time of your first visit. If insurance coverage is not verifiable, we must assume that such coverage does not exist and consider you a patient with no dental insurance benefits.

Please bear in mind that our professional services are provided to you, not to the insurance company. Therefore, the insurance company is responsible to you and you are responsible to us. As a courtesy to you, we will complete and file insurance forms associated with your dental treatment and submit them for processing by your insurance carrier.

PAYMENT (back to top)

We will accept cash or check (preferred), and as an additional courtesy and convenience, we offer our patients the option of making payment for services rendered via Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express.

IN CONCLUSION ... (back to top)

It is our most sincere hope and expectation that you and the members of your family are both pleased and totally satisfied with the services that are rendered on your behalf. Should a concern or question ever arise relating either to treatment proposed or rendered, please discuss your concern with our Office Manager or myself.
